Steve,

First, congradulations on your comet discovery, and second, for clarification,
could you please confirm the closest exact time of discovery?

Would really appreciate it. And the closest exact coordinates from your
observing location would be wonderful too.

Thanks in advance.

Michael,

Of what astrological significance is the time and place of discovery
of the comet?  It was appoximately 21:35 local time, or 11:35 UT.
I have no idea of the coordinates from where I was observing.  It
was a friends place several kilometres from Mudgee, NSW, Australia.
Mudgee is large enough to be in any decent atlas if you wish to look
it up.

Private correspondence followed in which I asked for Steve's personal birth information. He politely declined. I consider the post private correspondence, but my response was as follows:

Steve,

Thank you again for the time to respond. I would not disagree with your
statements... I was actually hoping to put all the data in one place and
possibly save you being inundated with further requests from other
astrologers.

I consider myself an amature astronomer myself, having a small Galileo
model. I was not asking for the data from what you might consider to be the
normal astrological request. One of my personal research projects is a
correlation and charting of significant earthquake and vulcanism activity.
Astrological charting of planetary bodies is one of the tools I use in my
work.

I've already created a couple of astrological charts and maps and have them
posted on my web site. If you are curious, here are the direct links to the
jpg files. The first 2 are the type of maps that I use for plotting/predicting
quakes and volcanoes and other mundane activity.

I'll leave it at that for now. Thank you so very much for the dialogue you
have offered.

I understand your skeptic (and not un-justified) view and am not trying to
prove or disprove anything. This just happens to be one of the tools that I
use in my work. Without accurate data, it would be much like you trying to
do your work with binoculars instead of a good, powerful scope.

Wishing you all the best.

With Light,
Michael
